- Choose if you'd like a 10 x 10 booth or 8' table.
- Decide if you'll be exhibiting, selling, or both.
- Determine if you'll require electricity at your location.

The friendly Dynocon team is here to collaborate with our Dynocon family to meet your space needs! If you’d rather have three tables in a row instead of a booth, we’re totally on board. Have a different layout in mind that suits you? Just let us know in your application, and we’ll do our best to make it happen! With 125,000 square feet at Nazareth University, you won’t feel cramped; there’s plenty of room both behind and in front of you. We’re committed to accommodating your needs in the most cost-effective way possible!

What's Required
Dynocon requires professional presentation at all times. How you achieve your style is your style. Here are a few things that are required.
- Table Covering. Each 8 foot table must have a fitted floor length table covering. Mandatory.
- Banners, signs, led lighting, displays, and similar promotional items are fine if professional.
- NYS Tax Identification is required if you are selling anything at Dynocon. Not needed if you aren't selling products. This is really for you and is not required to be on file with Dynocon. Each vendor is responsible for proper permits.
- The exhibitor agrees to all terms and conditions of Dynocon.
